to use essential oils
Aromatically
• Inhale by rubbing 2-3 drops of oil in the palm of your hands and inhale. Or by adding a few drops of essential oil to a pot of hot water, cover your head with a towel and breathe deeply and slowly!
• Shower with your favorite oil by adding a few drops to your shower or bath.
• Diffuse the oils by use your favorite singles, blends, or a combination in your favorite Young Living diffuser. See what Diffusers I offer.
TOPICALLY
• Massage by applying 2-3 drops directly to desired area on your body and massage in. (Some oils are very potent and need to be diluted with a carrier oil before applying directly to skin)
• Raindrop Therapy played a huge part in my healing process.
INTERNALLY
• Using a Gelatin Capsule by placing several drops of essential oil into a gelatin capsule and swallowing.
• Drink your favorite oil by adding 1 or 2 drops of oil to a glass of water, Ningxia Red , juice, yogurt, plant-based milk and swallow.
• Cook with your oils by adding 1 or 2 drops of oil, to taste, to your favorite recipe.
