We have officially entered my favorite time of the year for stocking up on Young Living Essential Oils!

Time to stay healthy~ number one… and keep your home smelling warm & cozy! Instead of burning candles that may have toxins, diffuse your essential oils safely and without worry.

Here is my MUST HAVE list for Fall:

Thieves ~  This is a powerful blend of Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata & Rosemary essential oils. It happens to be my favorite blend and is used daily in our household! It is clean and spicy and perfect for diffusing. We diffuse this one a lot in our household and it keeps us healthy year-round! It actually reduces bacteria in the air!! At the first sign of a cold you can add 2 drops to a glass of water in the morning and before bed.

Cinnamon Bark ~  Nothing says Fall like this oil. Diffusing Cinnamon Bark with Orange and Nutmeg will give the warm, inviting space you need this season. A MUST HAVE right through the long winter months to follow.  Directly inhale, apply topically, diffuse or ingest. Other benefits include:

  • stimulates circulation
  • reduces stress
  • relieves pain
  • fights off infections

Nutmeg ~  Sweet, warm & spicy aroma that is uplifting and energizing. I use this in my baking! … Pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie, pumpkin smoothie etc… YUMMY! This oil also supports the nervous and endocrine systems. Directly inhale, apply topically, diffuse or ingest!

Ginger ~  This is a medicinal powerhouse. Ginger facilitates the elimination of toxins, boosts digestion, eases discomfort of the stomach and bowel, enhances appetite, reduces inflammation. Also said to reduce morning sickness and vertigo! Diffuses well with Nutmeg and Cinnamon Bark in the Fall.

Orange ~  Known to increase blood flow and beneficial for maintaining the health appearance of skin. Whitens teeth when added to Thieves Toothpaste! Diffuses well with Cedarwood, Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Peppermint, Patchouli and more! My son wears this as his cologne and gets MANY compliments. Colognes and perfumes bought in the store should never be applied to the skin. They are harsh and full of toxins and overload the liver. This is a very affordable oil and we go through it like CRAZY in our household.

Cedarwood ~  For Fall and year round this oils is a MUST! This gives off a fresh, woodsy, warm and earthy aroma and can be added to your favorite skin care products and applied topically. This essential oil contains the most sesquiterpenes and its powerful scent reacts directly with your brain to produce melatonin. I personally inhale Cedarwood right before I go to bed for a restful sleep. Diffuse to create a calming, comforting yet powerful environment.
